WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have not received your order yet and it is past 14 days for a USPS order or 10 days for a Ground UPS order, please contact us and we will try to track it down for you. Please send us an email with the following information:

- your email address (please double check this!)

- your Web Order Number (sent to you in the order confirmation email)
- a brief description of what is missing or incorrect
