Shipping costs are dependent on what you are purchasing. The cost is dependent on quantity, the size and weight of the shipping package, and on your zip code.SALES TAX
Sales tax is only collected in the state of Nevada.SHIPPING TIME
Once you place your order, we typically fulfill the orders in 1-2 business days. We ship either USPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or FedEx 2nd Day Air for expedited shipping. A typical USPS shipment will take between 5 and 10 days. A FedEx Ground order can take 3 to 6 days. If you choose FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping, we will fulfill the order the same day (if ordered before 4pm PST). You can then expect it withing 24-48 hours depending on how far away your shipping address is from our warehouse.SHIPPING DESTINATION RESTRICTIONS
We only ship to physical addresses in the continental US. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska, or internationally.(If you do live in a place we do not ship to and absolutely must have a G2V Product, we of course will try to satisfy your request, but keep in mind the shipping costs may be quite high.)
RETURNS
If you purchased a G2V product through G2V Online Sales (this website), we will gladly take back any product you are not satified with within 30 days. This included products that were damaged in shipping or you received an incorrect order. If you purchased a G2V product from a place other than this website, such as a retail store or other online website, you must return the product back to them based on their own return policy. To return G2V Online Sales merchandise, you must meet the following criteria:- product must have been purchased through G2V Online Sales (this website)
- new products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date
- the returned product must be in the same condition you purchased it in
- include a copy of the invoice
- include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form
