OUR PRODUCTS have been manufactured to be simple and robust, and should not cause any problems with daily use. Occasionally you may experience a problem that is not of your fault. If this is indeed the case, you may have a manufacturing defect and may qualify for a warranty return.WARRANTY (water bottles)
Our bottles and lids have been fully engineered to withstand years of continual use. All G2V water bottles and water bottle accessories are fully covered against manufacturing defects for up to one year from purchase. If you are experiencing problems with one of our products, please visit our FAQ page first - you may be able to solve your problem by applying one of these solutions. Products damaged by abuse or normal wear and tear not covered, but we do offer replacement parts for sale on our ACCESSORY page.WARRANTY RETURNS
If you purchased a G2V product through G2V Online Sales (this website) and believe you require a warranty replacement, we will gladly take back the product if it meets the warranty replacement requirements. If you purchased a G2V product not from this website, such as a retail store or other online website, you must return the product back to them based on their own return policy. A warranty return from G2V Online Sales must meet the following criteria:- product must have been purchased through G2V Online Sales (this website)
- product must have been purchased within one year of the invoice date
- the returned product must have a manufacturing defect
- include a copy of the invoice
- include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form
